I am a licensed massage therapist with a degree from the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts. I'm certified by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB) and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I've been a certified Reiki practitioner for more than a decade and love being able to support people's sense of equanimity and aliveness. 

I have a deep belief in the power of kindness and a passion for wellness. Over the course of my career, I've worked in the food industry in various capacities and found meaning in seeing that people are well nourished. Lured by its natural beauty and incredible community, I've made Vashon Island my home for more than 15 years. When not working I love walking the nearby trails, watching for Orcas, sketching, listening to live music, and gathering around a roaring bon fire.
